Attorney Delaney has twenty-five (25) years of experience both inside and outside the courtroom, which he has put to use on behalf of hundreds of clients to resolve their problems. After graduating from Boston College Law School, Attorney Delaney refined his courtroom skills while working as an Assistant District Attorney in Essex County prosecuting criminal matters. Those skills have since been used within many years of private practice focusing in the areas of Divorce and Domestic Relation matters within the Probate and Family Courts, the defense of criminal matters at the District Court and Superior Court levels and the trial of varied civil matters before the Trial Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney Delaney believes in problem solving and negotiated resolution of disputed matters as a first resort but has the skill set and experience needed to fight for his clients in the courtroom when circumstances dictate it to be necessary.

Attorney Delaney resides in Beverly, Massachusetts with his wife and children. He has played an active role in his community as a past ten (10) year member and vice-chairman of the Beverly Planning Board, Chairman of School Boards, manager of political campaigns and coach of youth sports.
